摘　　要：目的探讨肺脂肪栓塞综合症(FES)的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析10例确诊为肺脂肪栓塞综合症患者的X线和CT表现。结果9例胸片表现肺纹理增强、模糊,以中下肺野为著,7例肺内弥漫性密度增高影,2例肺内片状密度增高影;1例胸片正常;CT检查8例肺野呈毛玻璃样改变,2例肺内见片状、结节状密度增高影,1例少量胸腔积液。结论肺脂肪栓塞综合症患者X线和CT表现有一定特征性,结合临床资料能够做出准确诊断。Objective To evaluate the imaging features of fat embolism syndrome. Methods X ray and CT features of 10 cases with fat embolism syndrome proved by clinical and laboratory were analyzed retrospectively. Results The chest X ray films showed an increase of faint lung markings especially in the middle and lower lung field in 9 cases, diffuse shadows of the lung field in 7 cases, and 1 case was normal. The CT images showed ground glass opacity in 8 cases, multiple patchies and nodules in 2 cases, little pleural effusion in 1 case. Conclusion X - ray and CT findings were characteristic to a certain extent in the patients with fat embolism syndrome, and in combination with clinical findings, accurate diagnosis can be made.
