摘 要:采用焙烧-氰化工艺处理复杂含金硫精矿时,银的回收率偏低,为了提高该过程银回收率,详细的研究了焙烧制度、焙烧料加添加剂、盐浸条件和氰化条件等对银回收率的影响。试验结果表明,焙烧过程中加添加剂和焙烧温度是影响银回收率的2个关键因素;提高银回收率适宜的条件为:焙烧时加入5%添加剂A,温度控制在450—500℃,所得焙砂经酸浸铜、盐浸铅后,在液固比2—3,氰化物质量分数0.4%,搅拌氰化24h,弃渣含银〈40g/t,银的总回收率〉81%。The silver recovery ratio is still low in the process of treating complex sulfide concentrate bearing gold with the roasting - carbonitriding technology. The detailed experimental investigation was conducted for the elevation of silver recovery ratio. Roasting temperatures, adding addictives in the roasting process, leac- hing Pb conditions with NaCl solution and earbonitriding conditions have all been analyzed. The results showed that two key factors which can notably influence silver recovery ratio are addictives and roasting tem- perature, respectively. The suitable conditions for improving recovery ratio of silver were as follows:adding A additive with the level of 5% and controlling roasting temperatures in the range of 450 - 500℃ during roasting. Under the conditions of the ratio of liquor to solid 2 - 3, NaCN concentration 0.4% and carboni- triding time 24 h, the silver recovery ratio can reach 〉81% after calcine leached by acid and NaCl solution.
