摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析方法，评价AF内固定与Dick内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效差异，为基层医院临床选择胸腰段脊柱骨折的治疗方法提供依据。方法计算机检索CNKI、维普等数据库，检索从1995～2009年有关AF内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折疗效的文献资料。Review Manager4．2专用软件比较AF内固定与Dick内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的术后椎体前缘高度。对数据进行异质性检验，并与传统的手术进行比较，用Meta分析方法对数据进行处理，估计各指标的加权均数差（WMD）和95％可信区间（CD。结果符合纳入标准的共3篇文献。术后椎体前缘高度的wMD为6．39，其95％CI为（4_86，7．92），P〈0．01。结论AF内固系统系统具有更强大的轴向撑开力及椎体前方张力，椎体前缘的高度恢复更好，操作更简易，值得在基层医院推广应用。Objective ToA meta- analysis of the current literatures available had been done to evaluate different results of AF internal fixation systerm （AF nail） and Dick internal systerm （Dick nail） in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture, so as to provide basic evidence for treatment options of thoracolumbar spine fracture in community hospitals. Methods We searched the current literatures pertinent to clinical outcomes of treatment for thoracolumbar spine fracture between AF nail and Dick nail in data bank of CNKI, cqvp, et al, searching articles published from 1995 to 2009. A meta - analysis was conducted with Review Manaer 4.2 software to compare of the post - operative height of anterior margin of vertebral body between AF nail and Dick nail in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture. A heterogeneity test and a comparison with conventional surgery were performed. The weighted mean difference （WMD） and 95 % confidence interval （CI） of the post- operative height of anterior margin of vertebral body were calculated. Results Three articles were included in this review. WMD of the post - operative height of anterior margin of vertebral body was 6.39, and 95 % CI was （4.86, 7.92）, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion AF nail has more powerful axial force and anterior tension of vertebral body, and it is easier to operate and gets better recovery from the post - operative height of anterior margin of vertebral body. So AF nail is worthy of recommendation in community hospitals.
