防偏磨技术在胜利油田现河采油厂的适用性研究

摘　　要：偏磨是有杆泵生产过程中的常见问题,现河采油厂油井偏磨问题严重,因偏磨引起的躺井数较多,直接影响了油井的正常生产。近年来,现河采油厂采取了多种措施对偏磨井进行了治理并取得了一定成效。本文从研究偏磨的原因出发,结合近几年的防偏磨工作,通过分析应用效果评价各种防偏磨技术,在此基础上总结了防偏磨工作存在的问题,指出了下一步的研究方向,为防偏磨技术的进一步发展提供了参考。The preventing eccentric wear of sucker--rod pump is a difficult technical. Xianhe oil extraction plant has many eccentric wear wells ,that directly impact on its normal production. This article trace the recent preventing eccentric wear work, according to research the causation of the eccentric wear ,which analyses the existent questions and the intending researchful directions by applying the result to evaluate diversified preventing eccentric wear. These offer reference to the more progress.
