摘　　要：介绍透射式X射线胶管壁厚测量系统,并提出了一种数据处理方法,对获得的一维图像数据线性化后进行拟合,给出了实际数据和仿真数据的处理结果。A X-- ray based online wall thickness Lt for rubber tube extrusion line was intro- duced, and a data processing method for it was discussed. In the method, the one dimension data acquired by the detector was linearized and fitted according to mathematical model of the tube section. Besides, the processing result of both real and mathematical model was shown.
