摘　　要：介绍了一种半导体激光器的稳频系统,重点分析了应用于系统中的比例加积分自动控制原理,设计了一种用于稳定半导体激光器发射频率的比例加积分放大电路,并叙述了激光稳频实验过程和测试结果。Introduced a frequency stabilization system for semiconductor laser. Analyzed the principles of proportion--integration control in the system, and designed a proportion--integration amplifier circuits for the system,then descript the process of the experiment of laser frequency stabilization and the testing result.
