摘 要:对SiC液相烧结陶瓷预混粉料的水基喷雾造粒工艺进行研究。通过对AlN进行表面修饰保护,AlN-Y2O3液相烧结SiC粉料可在水基中进行喷雾造粒,研究不同粘结剂种类、含量对浆料的黏度、粗粉得率的影响。结果表明:碱性粘结剂可降低浆料黏度,中性粘结剂使浆料黏度增高,但粗粉得率均随粘结剂含量增高而改善。喷雾后得到球形实心颗粒粉料,平均粒径50μm,具有良好的流动性及快速填充性,可直接用于干压成型。After AlN was modified on the surface, the liquid phase sintering SiC with AlN-Y2O3 as sintering additive was granulated by spray in water medium. The effect of kind and content of binder on slurry's viscosity and yield of granular was studied. The results showed that increasing alkaline binder could decrease slurry's viscosity, but increasing neutral binder content increased the slurry's viscosity. The granule yield increased with binder content increasing. Through the experiment, the spherical granular in size of 50 μm with well flowing property and fast- packing property was achieved, which was directly used to shape by dry compaction.
