摘  要:利用生物活性炭流化床(Biological Activated Carbon Fluidized Bed,BAC-FB)与传统活性污泥法工艺(Conventional Activated Sludge,CAS)对生活污水进行了对比试验研究,对启动时间、处理效果以及沉降性能等进行了探讨。结果表明,同等工况下两工艺相比,BAC-FB启动时间更短,污染物去除率更高,处理效果更加稳定,且可以有效脱除氨氮,不易出现污泥膨胀等问题。BAC-FB出水基本达到国家一级A排放标准,CAS出水仅达国家二级排放标准。BAC-FB技术对于城镇污水处理厂活性污泥法技术升级具有很好的参考价值。Biological activated carbon fluidized bed (BAC-FB)and conventional activated sludge (CAS) processes were applied to treat domestic sewage. At the start-up time, treatment result and settling performance were studied. The results showed that under the same run control, BAC-FB had shorter start-up time, higher pollutants removal rate and especially ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency. In BAC-FB, reactor state was more stable and no sludge bulking occured. BAC-FB reached standard A of the first grade in (GB 18918-2002), and CAS reached only the second grade. Upgraded work of activated sludge technology in municipal wastewater treatment plant can draw good lessons from this study.
