摘　　要：借助Bootstrap的思想,设计了一种复杂性状候选位点的筛选方法-随机抽样评判法。采用多次抽样的方式,对抽样获得的子集逐个进行分析,并对获得的结果进行综合评价,最终确定因子的贡献率。通过对实际数据的分析表明,该方法有效地降低了因数据和方法的不同给分析结果带来的影响。The paper provided a screening method for complex trait candidate locus, namely random sampling evaluation method. Based on Bootstrap idea, the method used multiple sampling analysis method, then the paper analyzed subset obtained from sampling one by one and evaluate comprehen- sively the result, finally the factor contribution rates were sorted. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation problem of multiple models were discussed. It was different from general analysis method on which all dates derived from experiment were used. At last, the analysis of experimental data manifests the method reduces availably the effects which resulted from the difference between data and methods.
