摘　　要：建设工程项目管理是一项十分复杂的活动,需要经常性调整计划和进行实时动态管理,使用项目管理软件Microsoft Project 2000完成网络计划的优化,可以解决网络计划应用中大量繁重的计算的实际问题,提高工程管理水平。Construction project management is a very complex activity, which requires frequent programs adjustment and real-time dynamic management. Using project management software Microsoft Project 2000 to realize network planning optimization, can solve a large number of practical calculation problems in the network planning application, and improve the level of project management.
