摘　　要：转变经济发展方式,必须全面准确地理解经济发展方式的内涵,全面准确地把握转变经济发展方式的主要任务、基本要求以及着力点,在科学发展观的指导下,引领宁夏的跨越式发展。The transformation of economic development model should rely on correctly understanding its connotation and knowing its main task, basic requirement and effort point in an all round way to lead Ningxia＇ s leap - off development with guidance of scientific development view.
