硝苯地平控释片联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压102例临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估硝苯地平控释片与阿托伐他汀联合应用治疗原发性高血压的疗效,以指导临床用药。方法选取原发性高血压患者204例,随机均分成试验组和对照组。试验组在予以钙拮抗剂硝苯地平控释片(30 mg,qd)治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀(20 mg,qd),对照组则仅使用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗。治疗6月后,对2组降压效果、血脂各项指标进行随访观察并对比分析。结果随访6月,2组治疗前后血压均有降低,试验组较对照组降低明显,两者有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组的胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白等指标均明显好转,而对照组则无显著差异。结论硝苯地平控释片和阿托伐他汀联合应用治疗原发性高血压降压效果肯定,不良反应少,不但有利于控制血压,而且还有助于干预心脑血管疾病的危险因素,降低心脑血管的发病率与死亡率。Objective To assess the effect of Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets combined with Atorvastatin on management of essential hypertension in order to guide clinical practice.Method Two hundred and four patients with essential hypertension had been divided into the experimental group and control group at random.Experimental group had been treated with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets 30 mg qd in association with Atorvastatin Calcium（20 mg qd）.And control group had been treated with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets alone.The six months hence to compare and analyze depressor effect and blood lipid analysis in the two group.Results Depressor effect was statistically higher in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.And indexes such as cholesterol,triglyceride,and lipoprotein of low density of the experimental group was obviously improved than control group.Conclusion The Essential Hypertension should be treated with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets in association with Atrovastatin.Its depressor effect is obvious and side effect is significantly low.Not only to control blood pressure but also facilitate intervening the dangerous factor of cardiovascular vessel disease,reduce the cardio-cerebrovascular incidence and mortality.
