摘　　要：目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者外周血CD4+CD2+5Foxp3+T细胞的水平及意义。方法采用流式细胞分析法,检测26例不稳定型心绞痛(观察组)和36例健康对照者(对照组)外周血CD4+CD2+5Foxp3+T细胞比例。结果观察组的CD4+CD2+5T细胞与CD4+T细胞比例为(7.18±2.37)%显著低于对照组的(8.81±1.50)%(P<0.05);观察组的CD4+CD2+5Foxp3+T细胞与CD4+T细胞比例为(1.43±0.55)%也显著低于对照组的(1.75±0.58)%(P<0.05)。结论 CD4+CD2+5Foxp3+调节性T细胞比例降低可能打破了外周免疫耐受,参与了不稳定型心绞痛患者动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。Objective To explore the significance of the change of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋ Regulation T Cells in peripheral blood of patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods The frequencies of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋T Cells were detected in 26 patients with unstable angina pectoris （ UAP group） and 36 healthy individuals （ control group） by flow cytometry. Results CD4^＋CD25^＋CElls/CD4^＋ T cells in UAP group [ （7. 18 ± 2. 37 ） % ） was significantly lower than control group [ （ 8.81 ±1.50） % （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Moreover CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋cells/CD4^＋ T cells in UAP group [ （ 1.43 ±0. 55 ） % ] was significantly lower than control group [ （ 1.75 ＋ 0. 58） % ] （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The reduce of CD4^＋CD25^ Regulation T cells may lead to the breakdown of peripheral autoimmune tolerance and participate in the progression of atherosclerosis and unstable angina pectoris.
