摘  要:针对目前钢模台车可回收和可拆卸性差的问题,阐述了钢模台车绿色设计的关键技术,并结合实例探讨了万能杆件和大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS在钢模台车绿色设计中的应用.研究结果表明,两种应用使得钢模台车可拆卸、可回收,结构更优化,节约了成本,经济效益更显著,向"绿色工程机械"迈进了一步.In light of the shortcomings of steel form jumbo,which can not be recycled and disassembled,the key techniques of the green design for steel form jumbo are described.Combining the practical case,the application of universal member and the large general finite element analysis software-ANSYS to the green design of steel form jumbo is studied.The result shows that through the applications,the steel form jumbo can be recycled and disassembled;and the structure is optimized;and its cost is reduced.The steel form jumbo is close to the green engineering machinery.
