摘　　要：运用文献资料法和社会调查法,对北方游牧民族节会体育文化活动进行了综合考察后认为:北方游牧民族节会体育文化活动是北方游牧民族文化的组成部分。节会体育文化活动是表象,意识形态上反映了北方游牧民族心理、宗教信仰、价值取向、文化认同、审美情趣、族群个性和精神状态等。它不但在北方游牧民族的历史中发挥过重要作用,而且将会成为未来推动北方游牧民族社会、政治、经济、文化发展,民族团结,构建和谐社会的有效手段和途径。The physical educational culture at some ethnic festivals in northern areas was observed and studied by looking up literature and by investigation.And then we can conclude that physical educational culture is part of northern ethnic culture.Various activities are only a form.In fact,they reflect northern nation＇s psychology,religious belief,value of life,attitude to culture,taste in beauty,the personality of their own nation,their state of mind and so on.It not only played an important role in the history,of northern ethnic nation but also will become an effective means of promoting the northern ethnic society,politics,economics,culture,national unity and helps to form a harmonious society.
