摘　　要：培养时代需要的高素质人才已经成为各国高等教育一项重要的战略任务。随着国内高等医学教育的国际化,如何以提高知识、能力和素质为核心,将在国内就读的境外学生培养成能适应国际医学市场需要的人才,已成为我国高等医学教育需要解决的新问题。从构建医学教育新观念,改革人才培养方案、课程体系、教学方法、考评制度等方面探讨了构建面向境外生的医学人才培养模式。The internationalization of higher education requires medical students to be more qualified.It is urgent for us to train the non-mainland students for meeting the need of high quality doctors and gear into the world medical education.This paper described that the medical university should explore the innovative education theory to train the qualified innovative medical professionals in the aspects of medical objectives,syllabus,teaching content,examination evalvation system.
