摘　　要：基本面是股票长期投资决策的重要影响因素之一,是价值投资者评估公司前景的重要分析工具。采用模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytical hierarchy process,FAHP)从宏观经济、行业和上市公司三个层面建立股票长期投资综合评价模型,为广大股票投资者提供一种客观有效的投资策略,实例结果证明了模型的有效性。The fundamental and one of the most important factors which influence long-term investment of stocks,is a vital tool for investors to evaluate the prospects of listed companies.This paper presents a comprehensive assessment based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process（FAHP）to set up a long-term stock investment model from the aspect of macro-economy,industry,and listed-company,which could provide the majority of stock investors with a more objective and effective investment strategy.The result of the example proves the validity of model and method.
