摘 要:利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent 6.1对平纹结构纤维过滤器内部气-固两相流动特性进行了数值模拟,基于响应曲面法并利用统计软件Minitab V14,研究了结构参数(横向距离,纵向距离)和运行条件(风速)对平纹纤维过滤器过滤效率和压力损失的影响,并分别得出了关于3种影响因子的二次多项式预测模型,对预测模型分析后表明:以上3种影响因素都对平纹纤维过滤器的过滤效率和压力损失有着重要的影响,并对预测结果进行了优化.其结果表明:在横向距离、纵向距离分别为4.27、4.20倍的纤维直径及雷诺数为2.054时,获得较高的过滤效率和较低的压力损失.The gas-solid two-phase flows in the plain wave fabric filter were simulated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology. The effects of geometry parameters and operating condition including the horizontal distance, the vertical distance and the face velocity on filtration efficiency and pressure drop were studied using response surface methodology (RSM) by means of the statistical software program (Minitab V14), and two second-order polynomial models were obtained with regard to the effect of the three factors as stated above. The resuits show that the horizontal distance, the vertical distance and the face velocity also play an important role in influencing the filtration efficiency and pressure drop of the plane wave fabric filters, and the horizontal distance of 4.27 times the fiber diameter, the vertical distance of 4.20 times the fiber diameter and Reynolds number of 2. 054 are found to be the optimal conditions to achieve a high filtration efficiency, while maintaining a low enough pressure drop.
