摘　　要：随着互联网经济的高速发展,传统经济模式产生重大变化,新经济理论研究方兴未艾。为此,我们应结合供需曲线模型,对网络的外部性展开研究,而且不可忽视网络负外部性,要通过加大公共网络建设力度、道德与法律约束相结合、采用基于竞争的经济手段等举措来解决网络负外部性问题。With the rapid development of Internet economy, traditional economic models have changed significantly and the study of new economic theories is in the ascendant. This article researches into the externality of the Internet,combing with the supply and demand curve model. The author proposes that network negative externality could not be ignored, and to solve the problem of network negative externality by means of strengthening public network construction, combining moral and legal, using economic method based on competition etc.
