摘  要:目的:了解本地区UU感染的流行病学特点。方法:FQ PCR用于检测6 059例UU DNA(男1 732例,女4 327例)。结果:总阳性率47.25%(男性25.87%,女性55.81%,P<0.000 1);近8 a阳性率无统计学变化(P=0.086),但男性逐年增加(P=0.010 2),女性逐年减少(P=0.010 2);男性UU载量4.62±1.29,女性4.92±1.36(P<0.000 1),两性载量均逐年下降(分别P=0.003 85,P=0.002 01)。结论:UU总感染率无统计学变化,男性逐年增加,女性逐年减少;男性感染率低于女性,男性UU载量也低于女性;不同性别UU载量均逐年下降。Objective:To understand the epidemiology features of UU infection in Jingzhou area. Methods:The UU DNA of 6059 patients(real.e: 1732 cases and female 4327 cases) was detected by FQ PCR. Results:The total pos-ifive rate was 47.25 %(male;25.87% and female:55.81%,P〈0. 000 1). The positive rate had non-statistics changes (P=0. 086) in recent 8 years,but it was increase in raale(P=0. 010 2) and decrease in female(P=0. 010 2) yearby year. The UU loading capacity was 4. 625:1.29 in male and 4.92±1.36 in female(P〈0. 0001). The UU loading capacity was both decrease in male and female(P=0. 003 85, P=0. 002 01 respectively). Conclusion:The total UUinfection rate has non-statistics changes,and it is increase in male and decrease in female year by year. The infection rate is lower in male than in female,and the UU loading capacity is lower in male than in female too.
