摘 要:本研究以灯盏花愈伤组织为材料,采用He-Ne激光器,波长632.8nm,输出功率6mW,光源距为3cm,设置不同的辐照剂量处理灯盏花愈伤组织,然后采用可见分光光度法测定辐照后灯盏花愈伤组织内丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性糖含量、过氧化氢酶(POD)、过氧化物酶(CAT)活性等生理指标,结果表明:He-Ne激光诱导灯盏花愈伤组织,1min增殖最快,POD酶活性最大,经过7min照射蛋白质含量及CAT活性最高,He-Ne激光对灯盏花不同处理,MDA含量均低于对照,说明了激光的处理在一定程度上还保护了灯盏花愈伤组织的细胞膜,还使抗氧化系统能力的提高.In this Research, the callus of E. breviscapus were irradiated by He -Ne laser (632.8nm, 6mw) with different doses, the concentration of malonaldehyde ( MDA), soluble sugar and proline, and the physiological index as peroxidase and CAT were mersured by means of visible spectrophotometry. The results show that the callus multi- plieate rapdly when He -Ne laser induced leaves into callus as dose is lmin. At this time , peroxidase activity was the largest. With the increase of irradiate time, the soluble sugar and praline gradually increased. When irradiation dose is 7rain, the result is the best. In all of disposal dose, the MDA is lower than contradistinguish. The results illuminate the cell membrane of E. breviscapus were protected and the capability of antioxidant were improved by He - Ne laser in some degree.
