摘　　要：托口古镇民俗文化种类多样,传承久远,形式独特,内涵丰富,品位高档,精华荟萃。因托口电站大坝截流蓄水在即,古镇将被淹没,抢救保护该镇民俗文化迫在眉睫,这对于未来托口新镇产业重构与旅游开发非常重要,拟采取提高认识、详细规划、功能分区、挖掘内涵、依旧搬迁民俗文化物质载体、强化传承等措施,新建一个以旅游为龙头,农工商贸与旅游一体化的繁华旅游新镇。： The ancient town Tuokou is proud of its varied and long culture, which is characterized by distinctive form , plentiful substance, excellent taste and collecting essence. However. it is in danger of being swallowed as the great Tuokou Dam is being built. Consequently, there is a most urgent task to save and protect Tuokou Town＇s folk culture, which is crucial for the future new town to establish industrial structure and develop tourism. To achieve this goal, we should enhance protecting awareness, make a detail program, have the function of new town＇s travel divided, dig the cultural substance, move the folk culture＇s carrier to the new town and strengthen the passing - on of the folk culture from one generation to another, eventually building a booming tourist new town.
