摘　　要：目的探讨环状混合痔手术治疗的有效疗法。方法将96例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例),治疗组采用翼形切除结扎术,对照组采用外剥内扎术,比较术后疗效和并发症等情况。结果治疗组治愈41例,有效8例,总有效率98%。对照组治愈24例,有效17例,总有效率89.1%。治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组并发症少于对照组。结论翼形切除结扎术疗效确切,术后伤口出血、水肿、肛门狭窄明显减少,复发率低。Objective To explore the effective therapy for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 96 patients with the circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group （50cases） was treated with the wing form excision ligation to hemorrhoids, while the control group （46cases） with alone external dissection and internal ligation. The therapeutic effects, complication and recurrence were observed. Result The treatment group was accurate. After the treatment, the wound bleed, dropsy, the anal stenosis obvious reduced and the recurrence rate was low. Conclusion It is effective to treat circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with the wingform excision ligation.
