摘  要:为模拟滨海新区经济社会快速发展下水资源水环境的变化,并研究经济产业结构调整与水资源水环境承载力的关系,为区域产业结构调整及水管理决策系统的优化提供支撑,本文选取2006年为现状基准年,结合滨海新区战略发展规划,应用WEAP模型对新区水资源水环境承载力进行了预测分析。结果表明:产业结构及水管理决策的优化能够提高新区水资源与水环境的承载力。In order to simulate the variations of water resources and water environment under the rapid economical and social development of Binhai new area,and research the relationship between the industrial structure adjustment and carrying capacity of water resources so as to provide the supports for the regional industrial structure adjustment and the optimization of water management decision-making system,the paper applied the WEAP model to analyze and predict the carrying capacity of water resources and environment,taken 2006 as the benchmark and combined the stratedgic developing planning of the Binhai new area.The results showed the optimization of industrial structure and water management decision-making can enhance the carrying capacity of water resources and water environment in Binhai New Area.
