区域水土资源优化配置的研究现状及存在问题分析

摘　　要：水土资源优化配置作为衡量区域可持续发展的必要条件已成为当今研究的热点问题之一。在充分理解水土资源优化配置内涵的基础上,总结了国内外区域水土资源优化配置的研究现状和进展,分别从研究的范围和方法、模型创建、应用技术等方面分析了现有研究成果,并对水土资源优化配置研究中存在的问题进行了探讨。As a necessary condition of regional sustainable development,the study on optimal allocation of soil and water resources has become one of the hot problems.Based on the full comprehension of optimal allocation connotation of soil and water resources,this paper summarized the internal and external research state and advance about optimal allocation of soil and water resources,analyzed the research achievements from the following aspects：range of study,methods,established model and application technology,discussed the existing problems in the optimal allocation of soil and water resources.
