摘　　要：中药注射剂目前在临床上应用广泛,但诸多不良反应限制了其应用和发展。过敏反应是中药注射剂的主要不良反应,直接关系到中药注射剂安全性问题的解决。本研究综述了RBL细胞在过敏反应中的应用进展,期望能为中药注射剂的过敏反应的研究提供一些思路。The Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection （TCMI） is widely used in the clinic;however the occurrence of ad- verse reactions restricted its use and development. The allergy,which is the main cause of TCMI adverse reactions, is related to the solution of the safety problems caused by TCMI, In this review we summarized the process of application of RBL cell in al- lergy, providing some research ideas for the study of allergy caused by TCMI.
