摘 要:以均四甲苯为炭源、乙酰丙酮钴为金属源的前驱体,采用热缩聚和溶剂抽提工艺合成碳包覆纳米金属粒子,用TEM、XRD等对材料的结构、性能表征分析,同时对纳米金属粒子的形成机理进行初步探讨,实验结果表明,在均四甲苯和乙酰丙酮钴一定比率下,随着温度的升高,产物的产率逐渐增大,被包覆的金属颗粒主要以fcc-Co晶型存在,被包覆的钴颗粒多数为形状规则、分散均匀的球形,在反应温度为480℃时,钴粒子均匀性最好,颗粒的粒径最小。1,2,4,5-Tetramethylbenzene and Cobalt (Ⅲ) acetylacetonate were chosen as carbon source and metal compound precursor, respectively. And carbon-coated nano-metal particles were fabrication by thermal polycondensation and solvent extraction processes. The structure and performance of materials were characterized by TEM and XRD, while the formation mechanism of nano-metal particles was preliminary investigated. The results show that the yield of product increase with the increasing of action temperature under a certainty ratio of precursor. The encapsulated metal paricles have two structures of fcc-Co and hcp-Co. The shape of most coated cobalt granules was rule and uniform sphericity. The best uniformity of cobalt particle would be attained at reaction temperature of 480℃ with the smallest particle size.
