离心时间对心肌肌钙蛋白I检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究标本离心时间对心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)检测结果的影响,提示临床检验人员对标本既要及时检测,但对特别异常结果务必要复检,减少误差,防止临床急性心肌梗死等心肌损伤疾病因检验数据造成漏诊、误诊。方法使用贝克曼公司DXI800检测系统,对本院急诊标本在抽血后5min离心检测cTnI>0.04mg/mL,在抽血后20、40min再离心检测一次。结果抽血后5min离心检测结果与20min离心检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);20min离心检测结果与40min离心检测结果差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);40min离心检测结果与5min离心检测结果同样差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 cTnI检测遇到疑似阳性标本,最好延长离心时间,重复测定,可以降低假阳性率,增加检验结果的准确性。Objective To study the impact of test results about the centrifugal time of specimens on cardiac troponin Ⅰ （cTn Ⅰ） and suggest that the specimens be timely detected while the abnormal results be reviewed in order to reduce the error as could as possible, and prevent the occurrence of the clinical acute myocardial infarction （AM I） and myocardial damage caused by the disease because of mistaken test data. Methods The use of Beckman Company DXI800 detection system,The samples from the emergency department were tested by Beckman Company DXI800 detection system after 5 minutes in the centrifugal blood testing cTn I〉0. 04 mg/mL,and be centrifuged a- gain after 20 minutes, and 40 minutes. Results Compared the results of the blood samples after 5 rain of the centrifugal test with that of test after 20 min. , there was a significant difference （ P 〈0. 05） ; Compared the results of the first 20 rain. centrifuge test with that of the first centrifugal 40min test, there was also a significant difference （P〈0. 05） ; There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） in the comparison of the results of the first 40 min. centrifugal test with that of 5 min. Conclusion It is best to extend the centrifugation time,when encountered the suspectable re- sults in the detection of cardiac troponin positive specimens. And repeated measurements can reduce the false positive rate and increase the accuracy of the test results.
