摘  要:在军工生产中,通常要采用调速电机使工作构件按预定规律转动,这一方法设备复杂、成本高、安全性差,使用范围受到限制、操作技术复杂.研究了中心直动凸轮与定轴转子纯滚动传动机构,该机构包含一个用铰链连接在移动杆件上的凸轮和一个作定轴转动的滚子,凸轮匀速旋转且与滚子作纯滚动.通过改变凸轮形状并用计算机软件计算滚子的转速,控制了从动构件的转动规律.这一方法打破了调速电机的使用条件限制,降低了生产成本,可以推广使用.In production of military industry, regulation speed motors are usually used to adjust the operating member to rotate according to a predetermined rule. But this method results in complicated instrument, high cost, poor safety, limited usage scope and the complicated operation technology. The driving mechanism of center-translating cam and rotor purely roller is researched. This mechanism includes a cam which is connected with the motion member bar by the hinge joint, and a roller which makes the fixed axis rotation. The cam revolves at uniform speed, and does pure rolling with the roller. The shape of cam is changed and the rotation speed of roller is calculated by computer software, the rotation rule of the driven member is controlled. The method breaks the condition limit of the exploitation of regulation speed motors, reduces the production cost and can be promoted to use.
