摘 要:为了提高探求工程机械新方案的设计速度与水平,综合运用仿真设计理论与实体参数化设计软件P ro/Eng ineer,根据ZL 50C轮式装载机变速箱总成零部件结构图样,完成了变速箱全部零件的参数化仿真造型设计和部件总成的装配连接.研究工作将仿真设计理论与实体参数化设计软件P ro/Eng ineer结合起来,形成和体现了一种对优秀样机结构性能快速、精确再现的设计思想和方法,能够有效缩短机器产品的设计周期,降低研制开发费用,提高设计速度与水平,为机器总成零部件及总体的方案修改、技术分析与性能模拟以及数控机床无纸自动化制造奠定了基础.In order to improve the design speed and level seeking for the new plan of the construction machinery and equipment, by comprehensive use of simulation design theory and parameterized solid modeling software Pro/Engineer, the parameterized simulation design and the assembly connection of the gear box of the wheel loader ZLSOC was carried out according to the parts and components drawings. Combined the simulation design theory with the parameterized solid modeling software Pro/Engineer, the research not only presents a design idea to reproduce the optimized sample machine's structure and performance quickly and accurately but also can shorten the design period, lower the development cost and improve the design speed and level of the machine products, further lays the foundation for the plan revision, technique analysis and performance imitation as well as for the paperless automated manufacture of the number-controlled machine tool.
