氯唑乳膏倒膜联合西药治疗寻常性痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨本院自制制剂氯唑乳膏倒膜联合罗红霉素口服、氯甲硫洗剂外用治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法90例患者随机分组:治疗组予以氯唑乳膏倒膜配合罗红霉素口服、氯甲硫洗剂外用,对照组仅口服罗红霉素,外用氯甲硫洗剂。结果氯唑乳膏倒膜组治疗4 w后有效率为97%,明显高于对照组88%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论氯唑乳膏倒膜配合西药内服、外用治疗寻常性痤疮可以明显缩短疗程提高疗效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of application of hospital-made film preparation of chloro-zole cream combined with oral roxithromycin and topical administration of chlorine methyhhio lotion on acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 90 patients were randomized divided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with chloro-zole cream down film, oral roxithromycin, and topical lotion of chlorine methylthio, while patients in the control group were treated only with oral roxithromyein and topical lotion of chlorine methylthio. Results The efficiency rate of treatment group was 97% after 4 w, significantly higher than that of the control group 88%. There was a significant difference between 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of hospital-made film preparation of chloro-zole cream combined with oral roxithromycin and topical administration of chlorine methyhhio lotion on acne vulgaris can significantly shorten the treatment time and improve the efficacy.
