正糖钳技术观察降浊合剂对大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]采用正糖钳试验观察比较降浊合剂对Wistar大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响。[方法]雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分成降浊合剂高剂量组、降浊合剂低剂量组、罗格列酮组、正常对照组各8只,各组灌予相应的药物7天后,大鼠腹腔麻醉,观察大鼠正糖钳试验稳态下的血糖(BG)和葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)。[结果]降浊合剂可明显降低大鼠正糖钳试验稳态下的血糖(BG),提高稳态下的葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)。[结论]降浊合剂能提高胰岛素抵抗大鼠机体组织对外源性胰岛素的敏感性。[Objective] To observe the effect of jiangzhuo Mixture（JZM）on insulin sensitivity in Wistar rats by using the glucose clamp technique.[Methods]32 male Wistars were randomly divided into normal control group,control group treated with rosiglitazone and two experimental groups treated with high or low dose JZM.After durations of 7 days with corresponding treatment by intragastric administration,the blood glucose（BG）in homeostasis and glucose infusion rate（GIR）of each group is observed by using the glucose clamp technique.[Results]JZM can decrease the blood glucose（BG）in homeostasis and increase glucose infusion rate（GIR）obviously.[Couclusion]JZM can improve the insulin sensitivity in insulin-resistance-rats.
