摘  要:[目的]观察加减防己黄芪汤对糖尿病皮肤溃疡大鼠血管内皮功能的影响。[方法]选用SD雄性大鼠90只,随机选取6只为正常对照组,其余大鼠以尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶40mg/kg,选取符合糖尿病诊断标准的大鼠用于建立糖尿病皮肤溃疡模型造模,并随机分成6组,模型对照组、加减防己黄芪汤干预的高、中、低剂量组,中药对照组、西药对照组。实验结束后断头取血检测NO、ET-1含量以加减防己黄芪汤对观察对血管内皮功能的影响。[结果]与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血清NO含量均有不同程度升高,而血浆ET-1含量却有不同程度的降低,其中以加减防己黄芪汤高剂量组变化最明显(P<0.001),中剂量明显(P<0.01),低剂量、中药对照组次之(P<0.05)。加减防己黄芪汤各剂量组的调节作用与剂量呈现相关性。[结论]加减防己黄芪汤可通过升高血清NO含量、降低血浆ET-1水平来改善血管内皮功能。[Objective]To explore the cure effect of Astragalus Tetrandrae Decoction on vessel endodermis function of rats with diabetic derma ulcer.[Method]Select 90 SD male rats,take 6 as normal control group,others were injected by tail vein with Alloxan;choose rats in accordance with diabetic diagnosis to set up model of diabetic derma ulcer,and randomly divide them into 6 groups:model control(1),high,middle and low-dosage groups(2,3,4)of Astragalus Tetrandrae Decoction,TCM control(5)and WM control(6);after test,make decapitated and take blood for NO and ET-1 to observe effect of the decoction on vessel endodermis.[Result]Compared to model group,all NO in treated groups was raised in different extent,While plasma ET-1 content reduced in different degree;among which,group 2 was the most obvious,then groups 3 and 5;the regulation was related with dosage.[Conclusion]The decoction can improve vessel endodermis function by raising NO and reducing ET-1 level.
