银环蛇咬伤急诊救治的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨银环蛇咬伤的急诊救治方法。[方法]选择银环蛇咬伤患者82例,采取综合治疗方法。[结果]本组81例痊愈出院,仅1例死亡,治愈率98.78%。发病至就诊时间与住院时间成正相关。[结论]银环蛇咬伤后需及时就诊、察症诊断、施治;尽早发现呼吸衰竭,并及时予气管插管行机械通气,改善呼吸功能是抢救成功的关键。[Objective] To explore the cure method for coral snake bite.[Method] Select 82 cases,take comprehensive method.[Result] 81 cases were cured,out of hospital,1 dead,cure rate 98.78.The time of occurrence to going to hospital is positively related with in-hospital time.[Conclusion] For coral snake bite,we need timely seeing doctor,correct observation and diagnosis and treatment,as sooner as possible finding respiratory failure and timely inserting tube for ventilation;improving respiratory function is the key link for successful cure.
