摘　　要：近年来,危害重大的群体性事件频繁发生,并且在结构上表现出高度的相似性,因而引起广泛关注。本文认为此类事件的发生与危机处置理念的不到位有着极为重要的关系,因此,提升危机处置理念,对于从根本上化解危机发生的根源起着至关重要的作用。In recent years, major group incidents have occurred frequently, and showed a high degree of similarity, therefore a great deal of attention has been paid . The occurrence of such incidents was in important connection with crisis management concepts which were not thoughtful. Upgrading the crisis management concept would play an crucial role in it＇s fundamental resolution.
