摘　　要：CXCL12因子及其受体CXCR4作为趋化因子家族中与肿瘤关系最为密切的一对,特别在乳腺癌方面,无论是对原位肿瘤还是转移性肿瘤都进行了一系列深入的研究,本文就这一方面的研究进行了总结和展望。CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4, the most related to cancer in chemokine family, have been extensively studied and they were found participating in the occurrence and developing processes of various tumors, especially for breast cancer, no matter tumors in situ or metastatic. This article is a summary and outlook of the research which has been done on the CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4 in breast cancer.
