摘　　要：目的:建立了HPLC—ELSD法测定罗红霉素胶囊的含量。方法:色谱柱为PhenomenexLuna C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至6.5)(700:300,v/v),柱温为35℃。以ELSD为检测器,漂移管温度为80℃,空气为载气,流速1.5mL.mi n-1。结果:罗红霉素在50.02～200.1μg.mL-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993),回收率99.32%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,可有效测定罗红霉素胶囊的含量。Objective： A new HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of roxithomycin capsules. Method： Roxithomycin was separated on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column, with the mobile phase of methanol-l% acetic acid solution （adjusted to pH 6.5 with triethylamine） （700：300, v/v）, at 35℃, and detected by ELSD, with the drift tube temperature at 80 ℃and air as eluant gas at 1.5mL.min^-1, Results： The calibration curve of roxithomycin was linear in the concentration range of 50.02-200.1μg.mL-1 （r= 0.9992）. The average recovery was 99.32%. Conclusion： The proposed method is reliable and accurate for the determination of roxithomycin capsules.
