摘　　要：通过学生参与大学生创新课题、实验室开放项目和教师科研课题等活动,引导学生参与科研实践,以此激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自学能力、实践动手能力、创新思维能力、交流能力和社会适应能力,以适应新时期对农学人才的迫切需求。This paper mainly deals with how to guide the students to participate in such scientific research activities as getting the students involved in the innovative students research subjects, the laboratory open projects and some research subjects for teachers. Through these, the students are guiding into participating the research activities, which will waken their interests and cultivate the students＇competence in learning autonomy, practical skills, innovative thinking, communicative skills and the social adaptability so as to meet the demands for talents of agro nomy in the new age.
