摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法以五氧化二磷和四水硝酸钙为反应物,按一定的钙磷比分别溶于乙醇后混合,再添加不同的分散剂,高温煅烧,制备了羟基磷灰石粉体,并考察了煅烧温度以及添加分散剂对制备羟基磷灰石粉体颗粒粒径及分布的影响。结果表明:添加分散剂后得到的羟基磷灰石粉末粒径较小,分布均匀,较少出现团聚现象,但对粉体的相组成没有影响;随着焙烧温度的升高,颗粒的粒径增大,发生了团聚;600℃为最佳焙烧温度。Hydroxyapatite(HA) powder was prepared with reactants of P2O5 and Ca(NO)3·4H2O by a sol-gel technique.According to HA chemical proportion,both of reactants were dissolved in ethanol respectively,appended different additives and then mixed.After magnetic force stirring and drying,the product was calcined in the stove.Then the samples were characterized by video optic microscopy,XRD and TEM.The influence of calcination temperature and different additives on the size and distribution of the particles of the hydroxyapatite powder were investigated,too.After a lot of experiments,the ideal technical parameters for preparing the hydroxyapatite powder were obtained.The results showed that the hydroxyapatite powder was fine.
