应用聚合酶链反应探讨丙肝病毒在胆石症患者胆囊组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨感染丙肝病毒在胆石症患者胆囊组织中的表达。方法应用聚合酶链式反应技术(PCR),对32例慢性丙肝伴胆石症患者的石蜡包埋胆囊标本进行HCV-RNA检测。结果 32例慢性丙肝伴胆石症患者的胆囊标本HCV-RNA阳性检出率为40.63%,20例非胆石症患者的胆囊标本HCV-DNA阳性检出率为15%。结论提示丙肝病毒可在胆石症患者胆囊组织中表达,用PCR技术检测石蜡包埋的HCV-RNA是一种简便、可靠的方法。Objective To study the correlation between cbolelithiasis and the infection of HCV. Methods 32 for- malin - fixed and paraffin - embedded gallbladder samples of cholelithiasis patients and 20 gallbladder samples of noncholelithiasis patients were investigated using the polyme rase chain reaction - Ethidium bromide（ PCR - RT） assay. The 52 patients were positive to HCV serologic markers. Results The results showed that HCV - RNA was found in 13 gallbladder samples of 32 cholelithiasis patients（40. 63% ）, significantly higher than that in 3 gallbladder samples of 20 noneholelithiasis patients （ 15% ）. Conclusion The infection of HCV and the formation of eholelithiasis are correlated.
