我国农村合理用药现状调研的文献分析

摘　　要：目的深入了解我国农村合理用药的研究现状,为农村合理用药领域的后续研究提供参考。方法按照系统评价的原则制定检索策略,收集对我国农村合理用药现状进行调查研究的相关论文,从文献发表的时间、期刊来源、调查的区域、评价指标体系及建议措施等方面进行系统分析与研究。结果最终纳入文献43篇,2009年纳入的文献量最多,评价指标主要集中于处方用药评价指标部分。结论随着电子药库系统的逐步推广与完善,以及新医改方案的试行,对农村合理用药现状的调研亟待进一步重视,评价指标体系亟待进一步完善。Objective： To discover the research hot spots and problems in current situation of rational drug use in rural areas of China and provide the reference for its further study. Methods： Searching strategy was made according to systematic review and the related recent literatures on the current situation of rational drug use in rural areas of China were gathered. The publication years, journals, the research area and the research results were systematically analyzed. Results： Forty three articles met the criteria, in the year 2009 the number is the most, the drug use indicators mainly focused on the prescribing indicators. Conclusion： With development and wide application of the electron medicine storeroom system, with the establishment of new medical reform, the current situation of rational drug use in rural areas of China should be paid more attention, the drug use indicators should be improved to adapt to the concerning rules of WHO.
