摘　　要：专利证券化是一种新型的融资方式,它借助于资产证券化为专利权人融得发展所需的资金。与传统资产证券化相比,它有自己的特点。由于资产证券化的发展以及专利量越来越大,我国已具有专利证券化的条件,具备实行专利证券化的可行性。Patent Backed Securitiation is a new method of finaning, by which the patentee can get a large amout of circulating fund. Compared with assets securitiation, patent backed securitiation has its own characteristics. With the development of assets seeuritiation and emergement of large number patents, China already has the potential to execute patent securitization.
