摘　　要：目的 研究我国健康儿童载脂蛋白 E(Apo E)基因多态性对血脂水平的影响.方法 261名健康儿童禁食12h,采静脉血.用 PCR-SSCP银染法检测 APO E基因多态性.用酶法或免疫比浊法测定7项脂质指标.结果Apo E等位基因ε_2、ε_3、ε_4的频率分别为6.32%、86.97%及 6.71%,无性别差异.APO ε_(4/3)基因型血TC、Apo B显著高于Apoε_(3/3)基因型,Apo ε_(3/2)基因型血 LDI.-C、Apo B显著低于Apoε_(3/3)基因型.结论 我国健康儿童Apo E基因多态性对血脂水平有明显影响,且与成人类似.携高脂血症易感基因Apoε_4的儿童应及早预防小儿成人病的发生.ve To study the effects of apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism on the concentrations of lipids and lipoproteins in the Chinese children. Methods 7 lipid parameters were determined in 261 healthy Han racial Chinese children by enzymatic assay or turbidmetric immunoassay. -Sing- strand conforrnational polymorphism (PCRSSCP) was used to determine their apolipoprotein E genotype. Results The frequencies of the ε2、 ε3、ε4 alleles were 6. 32% , 86. 97% and6.71%, respectively. There were no obviously difference from male to female. Individuals with Apo ε4/3 genotype had higher serum TC and Apo B concentrations than those with Apoε3/3 gentype, while individuals with Apoε3/2 genotype had lower serum LDL- C, Apo B concentrations than those with Apoε3/3 genotype. Conclusion There are obviously effects of Apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism on the concentrations of lipids and lipoproteins in Chinese children as adults. Children with Apo ε4 alleles should be prevented child-adult disease such as obsesity, coronary heart disease.
