摘 要:目前,应用于榉树无性繁殖的方法主要有嫁接、扦插和组织培养等。其中以扦插繁殖技术比较成熟,老枝的扦插成活率达到75%以上,嫩枝的扦插成活率达到30%左右。综述了榉树无性繁殖技术研究进展,以供参考。Beech is the world-famous precious timber species,and also important landscape tree. Due to Beech seeds are mixed,it is difficult to provide high quality trees for gardening and nursery stock. Therefore,it's necessary to try vegetative propagation methods to obtain excellent beech seedlings. At present, applied methods include grafting, cuttings and tissue cultivate. Among them, cutting propagation technique is relatively mature, older survival rate of branchs of the cuttings is up to 75%,and softwood cuttings survival rate is about 30%.Research advances on Zelkova schneideriana asexual propagation were summarized, so as to provide references.
