摘　　要：目的 于1996年9月北京东城区64所小学6044名6～7岁学生的发育指数进行评价及分析.方法 按3:1随机抽样,将男女各1022名学生检测指标上机作四项发育指标数的统计分析.结果 本组儿童身高、体重均值高于WHO标准及1985年我国九市城市区标准,与后者比较差异显著.Kaup及Quetelet指数高于可获得的国内外资料,其中Quetelet指数增高明显;Ververck及身高胸围指数多数偏低.结论 北京东城区6～7岁儿童的体重、身高发育良好,胸廓发育相对缓慢.发育指数评价可做为体格发育的重要参考.Objetctive Evaluation and analysis of the growth indexes of children aged 6- 7 for 6 044 students from 64 primary schools in September, 1996. Methods The growth indexes are calculated by computer based on 3:1 random sampling from the measurement results of 1 077 boys and girls respectively. Results The height and weight of the students aged from 6 to 7 who lived in the area of easten district of Beijing City are higher than both the WHO standard and the standard of nine major Chinese cities in 1985. The indexes of Kaup and Quetelet are higher than the domestic and international data, and the Quetelet index is higher distinctly. The indexes of Ververck and height and circumference in most cases are lower. Conclusions It is good development in weight and hight got by pupils aged 6-7years and lived in eastern district of Beijing city. But the development of chest Circumference was relative slow. The growth indexes were important reference of physical development.
