摘  要:目的 为分析缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿红细胞胞浆钙系统的变化及临床价值.方法 检测了26例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿及16例足月正常新生儿红细胞胞浆总钙、游离钙、钙泵、钠泵含量及活性变化.结果脑病患儿红细胞胞浆总钙、游离钙含量早期明显升高;钙泵、钠泵活性显著降低.结论 提示缺氧缺血性脑病过程中伴发有红细胞内钙系统的稳态失调.红细胞胞浆系统的检测有助于缺氧缺血性脑病的早期诊断.Objective The canges of activity and content of erythrocytic cytoplasmic total calcium,free calcium,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP-ase, and Na+-K+-ATP-ase were determined in 26 newborn of hyposic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and in 16 newborn of normal control group. It was observed that the changes of activity and contents of erythrocytic cytoplasmic calcium system of HIE. Methods Atom spectrophotometer was used .erythrocytic cytoplasmic free calicium was tested with David-Dufilho's method improved and the activity of erythrocytic Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP-ase and Na+-K+-ATP-ase ws determined. Results the contents of erythrocytic cytoplasmic total calcium and free calcium rose in early stage of HIE significatly, mean while the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP-ase and Na+-K+-ATP-ase reduced in the newborn of HIE. Conclusions there is maladjustment of erythrocytic cytoplasmic calcium system during HIE. The test of etythrocytic cytoplasmic calcium system may be used to diagnose HIE at early stage.
