补元汤对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病干预作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补元汤治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将90例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为补元汤组和西医常规治疗组,给药6月后,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、呼吸困难、6分钟行走距离、肺功能、发病频率的变化及安全性指标情况。结果:补元汤和西医常规治疗相比,不仅能改善临床症状、呼吸困难,而且对6分钟行走距离、特别是肺功能有较好改善作用,还可减少疾病发作次数和降低发病程度,与对照组比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.05),表明治疗组明显优于对照组。两组均未见不良反应。结论:补元汤治疗定期慢阻肺不仅可以明显改善临床症状、呼吸困难,还可明显改善6分钟行走距离和肺功能,减少疾病发作次数和严重程度,延缓甚至阻断慢阻肺进一步发展,提高患者的生活质量,且用药安全。Objective： To discuss the efficacy and safety of Bu-yuan decoction in treating the Chronic obstructive pulmonarly disease in stable phase. Methods ：90 patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonaly disease were randomly divided into Bu-yuan decoction group and the conventional western medicine group. The clinical symptoms syndromes, walking distence in 6 minutes, dyspnea, pulmonary lung function and the seizure frequency in both group after the theray for 6 months. Results ：There were significant difference among the ac- cumulated score of the major COPD symptoms and physical sign （gasping ;wheezing ;chest distress;expectoration） of the two groups after and before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, this indicates that Bu-yuan decoction had a better curative effect on improving walking distence in 6 minutes than the conventional western medicine group, especially on improving pulmonary lung function~ The side-effect was not observed in both group o Conclusion：The long term therapy of bu- yuan decoction can improve the whole clinical symptoms, walking distence in 6 minutes, dyspnea, pulmonary lung function and the seizure frequency in patients with COPD in stable phase.
