摘  要:[目的]了解盐田区集中空调通风系统污染情况,为加强卫生管理提供依据。[方法]随机抽取盐田区部分集中空调通风系统,对送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌和冷凝水、冷却水中嗜肺军团菌进行检测。[结果]21家集中空调通风系统的PM10、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌的合格率分别为75.5%、71.1%、72.5%和99.5%,行政办公楼与商场超市、宾馆的集中空调通风系统细菌总数、真菌总数均存在显著性差异。冷却水、冷凝水军团菌检出率分别为39.5%、4.8%。[结论]盐田区集中空调通风系统污染较为严重,使用单位应加强清洁消毒和卫生管理,监督部门应加强卫生监督。[Objective] To investigate the contamination situation of central heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in Yantian District, and provide basis for the health management. [Methods] Parts of central air conditioning systems in Yantian district were sampled randomly for the research. Particulate matter (PM10), total number of bacteria, total number of fungi, β-hemolytic streptococcus and the Legionella bacteria in condensed water or cooling water were detected. [Results] The qualified rates of PM10, total number of bacteria, total number of fungi and β-hemolytic streptococcus of the 21 HVAC systems were 75.7%, 71.1%, 72.5% and 99.5% respectively. There was significant difference in total number of bacteria and fungi between administration building with supermarket and hotel. The positive rates of Legionella bacteria in con- densed water and cooling water were 39.5% and 4.8%. [Conclusion] The contamination of HVAC systems in Yantian is severe, the user should strengthen sterilization and health management and the supervision department should reinforce sanitary supervision.
