摘  要:[目的]探讨以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂对超重辐射大鼠血清HK、葡萄糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白质含量的影响。[方法]大鼠复制超重辐射模型,用林蛙油复方冲剂进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清HK、葡萄糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白质含量。[结果]超重辐射协同作用,可导致大鼠血清HK活性降低,林蛙油复方冲剂可导致血清总蛋白含量升高。[结论]以林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂,可降低大鼠血清HK活性,可升高血清总蛋白浓度。[Objective] To approach the cooperative effect to the blood serum HK, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and total protein content of the hypergravity and micro radiative rats by using compound recipe powder preparation for infusion which took the special resources of the Chang Bai mountain, rana japonica oil as the essential component. [Methods] Wistar rats were the animal model for duplicating double factors about hypergravity and micro radiation. The blood serum HK, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and total protein content in rats were detected after interfered by using compound recipe powder preparation for infusion of rana japonica oil. [Results] Synergistic effect of hypergravity and micro radiation lead to the degrade of the activity of the blood serum HK in rats. The compound recipe powder preparation for infusion of rana japonica oil heightened the total protein content of the blood serum. [Conclusion] Compound recipe powder preparation for infusion which takes the special resources of rana japonica oil as the essential component degrades of the activity of the blood serum HK in rats., and heightens the total protein content of the blood serum.
