重庆荣昌县农村孕产妇产前保健现状分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析重庆荣昌县农村孕产妇产前保健现状及其主要影响因素,为提高孕期保健服务质量和效果提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取重庆荣昌县700名孕产妇作为研究对象,对其孕期及产前检查信息进行收集,应用统计描述和Logistic回归分析等方法对孕期产前检查状况及其影响因素进行分析。[结果]产前检查覆盖率为95.12%,孕早期检查率为75.40%,5次及以上产检率为71.36%。是否为计划外生育和参加新型农村合作医疗是影响产前检查覆盖率和5次及以上产检率的主要因素。孕早期检查率的影响因素包括妇女已有小孩数、妇女年龄等。怀孩子前一年家庭收入、到最近乡镇卫生院时间也对产检保健服务的利用有重要影响。[结论]目前重庆荣昌地区产前保健服务情况较好,但仍存在不足,医疗保健机构应结合人群的不同特点,采取相应措施,进一步提高产前保健质量,切实做好产前保健工作,促进母婴健康。[Objective] To explore antenatal health care status and its influential factors in rural areas of Rongchang County and to provide the basis and methods of enhancing prenatal service quality and effects. [Methods] A total of 700 women were investigated with the stratified cluster sampling. Data about antenatal check-up during their pregnancy were collected. Statistic description and Logistic regression were applied to analyze the status of antenatal check-up and other influential factors. [Results] The pre-delivery check-up rate and the earlier period check-up rate of pregnancy was 95.12% and 75.40% respectively. And about 71.36% of pregnant women had checked for 5 times or more, which was affected by family planning policy, and whether to participate in new cooperative medical system. [Conclusion] There are still many problems in providing antenatal health care in rural areas of Chongqing. The health care provider should adopt certain measures in accordance with the characters of different levels of population to improve antenatal health care quality and strengthen the health status of both mothers and infants.
